Cancellation Policy
Unless you cancel your order within 2 working days after full payment has been made, the acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and Chirag Exports will occur once the goods have been dispatched. This means that once the goods are on their way to you, your order is considered finalized and binding.
How to Cancel
To cancel your contract, please notify us of your decision within the specified 2 working days. Send an email to mukeshcom665@gmail.com with the subject heading "Cancellation". Include your order number and address to help us process your request efficiently.
Returns After Cancellation Period
If you decide to return the goods after the 2 working day cancellation period has passed, please note that returns will be at the discretion of Chirag Exports. Each return request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine if we can accept the return under the circumstances.
