Every piece at Chirag Exports is meticulously crafted and made to order, which is why we are unable to offer refunds unless the item is found to be faulty. However, under certain circumstances, we may be able to provide an exchange for another piece. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product that meets your expectations and standards.
Refund Process
- Receipt of Items: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria.
- Refund to Payment Method: The original payment method used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any applicable delivery charges.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
- Credit to Your Account: Please note, your credit card company may take an additional 4-7 working days to credit your account. This timeframe is beyond our control, but we will do everything possible on our end to expedite the process.
