Refund & Return Policy

At ChiragExports, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If something isn't quite right with your order, we're here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
• The product delivered does not match the description or what you ordered.
• The product is significantly different from images shown on the website.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

• Perishable items such as spices and edibles, once unsealed.
• Customised or bespoke products made-to-order.
• Sale or clearance items, unless damaged on arrival.
• Products returned without original packaging and tags.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@chiragexports.online within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
3. Once approved, ship the item back to the return address we provide. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days via your original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please mention it when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover return shipping. For other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once shipped, the standard return process applies.

8. International Orders

International returns are accepted subject to the same conditions above. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
