We ship worldwide via trusted partners including DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and India Post. Below are our standard shipping policies.
1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and bespoke items may require 5–10 business days before dispatch.
2. Delivery Estimates
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days.
- Asia & Middle East: 5–10 business days.
- Europe & UK: 7–14 business days.
- USA, Canada, Australia: 7–15 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer free domestic shipping on orders over ₹999. International rates depend on destination and weight.
4. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes assessed by the destination country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use it on the carrier's website to track your shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
